LUGGAGE: The vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 4 large suitcases (23 kg), 2 small suitcases (12 kg), and each passenger may carry one handbag or backpack. These limits cannot be exceeded. If one or two bicycle cases are transported instead, the service is possible, but the maximum number of passengers is reduced to 2.
TRIP COST: From Monday to Saturday, the fare is €85 for 1 to 4 passengers and €95 for 5 to 6 passengers. On Sundays, the fare is €95 for 1 to 4 passengers and €105 for 5 to 6 passengers. These rates do not include tips or requests for multiple drop-off locations (e.g., when a passenger asks to drop off a group at different hotels).
TRANSFER CAPACITY: Our transfer service can accommodate up to six passengers, including children. We provide one child seat for toddlers, one seat for older children, and one booster seat. To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, this is the maximum capacity allowed.
ARRIVALS: Our customers understand that we are a small, family-run business. Therefore, if your flight schedule changes or your exit to the meeting point is significantly delayed due to airport operations, we may: a) reschedule your pickup, b) arrange for another vehicle to provide the service, or c) inform you if you need to choose an alternative transport option. We do not request advance payments due to these potential situations, trusting in your understanding and acceptance. The airport waiting time is calculated based on your flight’s landing time. We estimate that the minimum time required to reach the meeting point (Gate C - Column 4, regular flight exit) is 30 minutes. From that moment (landing time + 30 minutes), the driver will wait for up to an additional 30 minutes. If the client is delayed beyond this time, the service may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods: Payment for the service is made directly to the driver at the time of the journey. Cash and card payments are accepted.
Advice: Please kindly ensure that the hotel reception is aware not to call a local taxi service “just in case.” In some instances, hotels may call more than one vehicle, and if one of them belongs to the local taxi association, it is often given priority by default — even if you have already made a private booking with us. To avoid any confusion and ensure your scheduled transfer goes smoothly, it’s important that reception is informed that you have made a specific booking and that no additional taxis should be called on your behalf.
