Before you book

Your transfer is only confirmed once our team confirms availability by email.

Airport pickup

  • Meet at Gate C, Column 4, at the regular flight exit. Check your confirmation for the agreed arrangements.
  • Allow 30 minutes after landing for passport control and luggage. The driver can then wait another 30 minutes.
  • Flight delay or airport hold-up? Contact us. We will check whether we can reschedule or arrange another vehicle; availability is not guaranteed.

Luggage and child seats

  • Standard allowance: 4 large cases (23 kg) + 2 cabin cases (12 kg), plus one handbag or backpack per person. Other combinations are checked in the form.
  • Up to 2 bicycle boxes; maximum 4 people, including children. With 2 boxes, bring no more than 2 suitcases in total.
  • One toddler seat, one older-child seat and one booster available. Select the seat option and add the children’s ages in your booking comments to confirm suitability.

Returns and changes

  • One request per journey. Request your return separately and make sure both journeys are confirmed.
  • For airport departures, allow time for the drive, traffic and airline check-in. Tell your hotel you have a private transfer so they do not call another taxi.
  • Give at least 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Changes depend on availability; the cancellation link is in your booking email.
