Bookings and transfers
We collect your name, email, phone number, journey, flight, passenger and luggage details, and optional comments. We use them to answer your request, confirm availability and price, arrange pickup, communicate changes and provide the transfer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the agreed service. Records needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes are processed to meet those obligations.
Required fields are necessary to manage your request. Comments are optional: please avoid sensitive personal information. We do not use booking details for marketing subscriptions or automated decisions.
Who receives the information
The assigned driver and staff receive the information needed for the transfer. If another driver is arranged, the necessary service details are shared for that purpose. Providers helping us manage reservations and send booking messages may receive data needed for those tasks. Authorities receive information when the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for details of applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.
How long information is kept
Booking information is kept to handle your request, provide the service and resolve related queries or claims. Records subject to tax, accounting or other legal retention obligations are kept for the applicable legal periods, with access restricted where required. Afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.
Feedback
After a completed transfer we send a feedback invitation. You can send private feedback. We use it to address comments and improve service, based on our legitimate interest in quality. Publishing your chosen display name, rating and comment requires your separate optional consent and our review. Contact and reservation details are not displayed. You can withdraw publication consent by email at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Published feedback is kept while relevant to the service and consent remains; private feedback is kept as needed to handle it and related claims.
Cookies and external services
Google Analytics measures activity without analytics cookies before you choose and if you reject cookies, sending page/event and technical browser/network information to Google. Analytics cookies are enabled only if you accept. Withdraw permission through in the footer to return to cookieless measurement. You can request a transfer with either choice. Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from abuse and receives technical browser/network information. Read our cookie information and Google’s privacy policy. Telephone, email, WhatsApp and external flight-tracking links open the chosen provider, whose own privacy information applies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent for publication or analytics cookies. Email info@trustride.uk. Proportionate information may be needed to verify identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
