Bookings and transfers
We collect your name, email address, phone number, journey, flight, passenger and luggage details, and any comments you choose to provide. We use these to answer your request, confirm availability and price, arrange pickup, communicate changes and provide the transfer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the agreed service. Records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes are processed to meet those obligations.
The required booking fields are necessary to manage your request. Comments are optional: please avoid sensitive personal information. We do not use booking details for marketing subscriptions or automated decisions.
Who receives the information
The assigned driver and staff receive the information needed for the transfer. If an alternative driver is arranged, the necessary service details are shared for that purpose. Service providers that help us manage reservations and send booking messages may also receive the information needed for those tasks. Authorities may receive data when the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for details of the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.
How long information is kept
Booking information is kept for handling your request, providing the service and resolving related queries or claims. Records that must be retained under tax, accounting or other legal obligations are retained for the corresponding legal periods, with access restricted where required. Afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.
Feedback
After a completed transfer we send a service feedback invitation. You can send feedback privately. We use it to handle comments and improve the service, based on our legitimate interest in service quality. Publication of your chosen display name, rating and comment requires your separate, optional permission and our review. We do not display contact information or reservation details. You may withdraw publication permission by email at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Published feedback is kept while it remains relevant to the service and your permission remains in place; private feedback is kept while needed to address it and related claims.
Cookies and external services
Google Analytics measures website activity without analytics cookies before you choose and if you reject cookies. This sends page and event information and technical browser/network information to Google. Analytics cookies are enabled only if you accept them; you can withdraw that permission anytime via in the footer to return to cookieless measurement. You can request a transfer with either choice. The booking form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against abuse; this service receives technical browser and network information. Read our cookie information and Google's privacy policy. Using a telephone, email, WhatsApp or external flight-tracking link opens the provider you choose, whose own privacy information applies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent for publication or analytics cookies. Email info@trustride.uk with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
