Albufera Park or Albufera Playa?

Iberostar Selection Albufera Park and Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa are part of the same resort complex, but they are different hotels. Enter the full name from your accommodation confirmation so we can agree the correct drop-off and return pickup.

Use the Park address within the Albufera resort

The hotel lists its address as Avda. Playas de Muro, s/n, Playa de Muro. Park and Albufera Playa share resort facilities, so a restaurant or pool name alone does not identify your accommodation. Copy “Iberostar Selection Albufera Park” from your booking and tell us if the hotel changes before you travel.

For a family staying in several rooms, prepare one passenger and luggage count for everyone who will use the vehicle. Room bookings do not tell us how many child seats or pushchairs are needed. Confirm the meeting point for Park itself before the airport return.

From Palma Airport to Albufera Park

Enter Palma Airport as the origin and Iberostar Selection Albufera Park as the destination. Add your flight number, arrival date, passengers and all luggage. Tell us if you are travelling with children and need to request child seats.

Albufera Park to Palma Airport

For the return journey, enter Albufera Park as the origin and Palma Airport as the destination. Agree the hotel pickup point with our team and allow for the drive, traffic and your airline’s check-in deadline.

Arrival and return journeys require separate requests. Check that both have been confirmed, especially if your group, luggage or child-seat needs differ on the return trip.

Airport meeting point

Questions about the airport journey

Can I request a transfer to Albufera Playa on this route?

Tell us the exact hotel when submitting your request. Park and Playa belong to the same resort complex; our team will review the destination and confirm the arrangements and availability.

Can you collect a family from Albufera Park for the airport?

You can request a hotel-to-airport journey with adults, children and luggage included. Give the children’s ages and any seat requirements so our team can confirm suitability. Submitting the form does not confirm the service.

Does sharing the resort mean I can be picked up at Albufera Playa?

Use the hotel and meeting point agreed in your transfer confirmation. Shared resort facilities do not automatically change a Park pickup into a Playa pickup. Contact the team if you want a different location.
