Village at number 6: check the accommodation confirmation

Use Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village, Albufera, 6, Playa de Muro as your accommodation reference. A booking that says only “Iberostar Playa de Muro” may refer to Waves rather than Village. If the name and address do not match, check with your accommodation provider before sending the request.

Village has direct beach access, but that does not identify where a vehicle should meet you. Agree the return meeting point with our team rather than using a beach entrance, restaurant or room block as an assumed pickup location.

A group staying at Village and Waves

If part of your group is staying at Village and part at Waves, include both full hotel names and the passengers for each destination. Do not assume that two nearby hotels count as a single drop-off: ask the team to confirm whether the requested stops can be accommodated and what price applies.

For the return to the airport, explain whether everyone will meet at one agreed location or needs collection from separate hotels. Include luggage for the whole group so the vehicle and pickup plan can be assessed together.

Planning the airport return from Village

Select Village as the origin and Palma Airport as the destination. Leave a margin between the estimated driving time and your airline’s bag-drop deadline, and be ready with your luggage at the agreed location. The outbound journey does not automatically book your return: send a separate request and wait for its confirmation.

Airport meeting point

Gate C, Column 4. Check your confirmation for the agreed arrangements. Allow 30 minutes after landing to reach the meeting point; the driver can then wait another 30 minutes. Contact us if you are delayed.

Payment: No advance payment. Pay the driver in cash or by an accepted card. Mention card payment when requesting; American Express is not accepted.
Changes and cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes depend on availability. The cancellation link is in your booking email.

They are different properties. Village is at Albufera, 6 and Waves is at Albufera, 8. Use the name and address on your accommodation confirmation so the transfer is planned for the right hotel.

Can friends staying at Waves share our Village transfer?

Ask before booking. Tell us both hotels, the total passengers and all luggage. Nearby locations do not automatically imply an included second stop; the team must confirm the arrangement, availability and price.
