Waves Playa de Muro, Village or Playa de Palma?

Playa de Muro is both the resort name and part of several hotel names. For this route, enter Iberostar Waves Playa de Muro, Albufera, 8, Playa de Muro. Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village is at number 6, so the two names should not be used interchangeably.

Also check that your booking says Playa de Muro rather than Playa de Palma. Those are different areas of Mallorca, and choosing the wrong one would change the airport route.

Planning a family arrival at Waves

The hotel caters for families. Before sending your request, count every adult and child, specify the children’s ages and seat requirements, and include pushchairs alongside your suitcases. Tell us whether a pushchair folds so the team can assess the luggage space.

If family members arrive on different flights, give the arrival details and ask about the arrangements before treating them as one pickup. The hotel booking alone does not tell us when every passenger will be ready at the airport.

Return pickup from Albufera, 8

For the flight home, use the same full hotel name and agree the vehicle meeting point with our team. The hotel’s beach access is not a confirmed roadside pickup point. Submit the return separately with your departure date and requested pickup time, allowing for traffic and your airline’s deadlines.

Airport meeting point

Gate C, Column 4. Check your confirmation for the agreed arrangements. Allow 30 minutes after landing to reach the meeting point; the driver can then wait another 30 minutes. Contact us if you are delayed.

Questions about the airport journey

My booking says Iberostar Playa de Muro. Is this the right page?

Iberostar Playa de Muro is the former name of Iberostar Waves Playa de Muro. Check Albufera, 8 on your accommodation confirmation. If it says Village or Albufera Park, give that hotel’s full name instead.

Does a child seat request also cover the pushchair?

No. A child seat and a pushchair have different transport needs. Specify the requested seats and declare the pushchair with the rest of your luggage so our team can assess both.
